Growing up in Chicago, founder Beatriz “Bea” Andrade watched her parents and neighbors pour their hearts into small businesses. The passion was there. The work ethic was there. But too often, the numbers told a different story not because these business owners weren’t smart enough, but because nobody took the time to help them understand their finances.
That pattern didn’t stop as Bea got older. She kept seeing talented, hardworking people held back by the same thing: a lack of financial clarity. So she decided to be the person she wished they’d had.
Beewise started as a one-woman operation built on a simple promise: treat every business like it matters, because it does. Today, we’re a growing team serving 20+ clients across bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliation, and full-cycle accounting. We’re still small and that’s by design. It means every client gets real attention, not a ticket number.
We’ve helped businesses go from shoeboxes of receipts to clean financial systems. We’ve walked startups through their first year, helped property managers keep every building’s books in order, and shown business owners what their numbers actually mean for their future.

Deeply rooted in her Latin culture and inspired by communities from all over the world, Bea leads Beewise with the same values she was raised on: show up, work hard, and treat people the way you’d want to be treated. She’s the kind of person who greets every client with a smile no matter how hectic the day gets.
