You’re welcome to read anything here. What’s on this site is general information about bookkeeping and about what I do. It isn’t accounting, tax or legal advice for your situation, and reading it doesn’t make me your bookkeeper.
Nothing on this site creates a working relationship between us. That starts when we’ve both signed an engagement letter, and not before.

End-User Licence Agreement for Command Center
These are the licence terms for Command Center, a private software integration operated by BeeWise Financial, Inc.
What it is
Command Center connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s official API. I use it to read bookkeeping records, correct how transactions are categorised, and pull figures that the QuickBooks reporting screens don’t reliably produce.
Who may use it
Only BeeWise Financial, Inc and its personnel. Command Center is not sold, licensed, distributed, published or made available to clients, to the public, or to any third party. There’s no download, no sign-up, and no account for anyone outside my practice.
It runs on equipment controlled by BeeWise Financial, Inc. It isn’t hosted for anyone else and it has no other users.
What it connects to
It connects only to QuickBooks Online company files where access has already been granted to BeeWise Financial, Inc as bookkeeper or accountant. It doesn’t request access to anything it hasn’t been given, and the company’s own QuickBooks admin can connect or disconnect it at any time.
What it does with data
It moves data between QuickBooks Online and equipment controlled by BeeWise Financial, Inc, and nowhere else. It doesn’t send client data to any other service, doesn’t combine data across clients, and doesn’t retain copies beyond what the work requires. How that data is handled is covered by the Privacy Policy.
No licence granted to you
Because Command Center isn’t distributed, this page grants no licence to use, copy or modify it to anyone. This section exists so that anyone reviewing the integration, including Intuit, can see on what terms it operates.
No warranty
Command Center is provided as-is for internal use. No warranty is offered to any third party, because it isn’t offered to any third party.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BeeWise Financial, Inc isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This doesn’t limit anything in a signed engagement letter, and it doesn’t limit liability that can’t lawfully be limited.
Changes
If I change this page I’ll change the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, where BeeWise Financial, Inc is incorporated.
